Fancy a poke?

Well, the back saga continues and so had the last of what they call 'conservative care'Percutaneous Disc Decompression'.....if this hasn't worked, its the full monty and defo no windsurfing for a very long time!!

What a pain!!!

This is my Medical excuse for being a crap windsurfer. The two knobberly bits at the bottom L4/5 (extrusion) & L5/S1 (buldge) are not suppose to be there and are pressing the main nerves...ouch!
